Abstract
To introduce the reader to the book, Part I of this review describes the anatomy of the book and the editors’ premises. Part II identifies various audiences who will benefit from reading the book. Part III describes common themes and threads that run throughout the individual chapters. The conclusion recommends approaching ethical decision making as a skill that can be developed.
