Abstract

The Author has mediated, arbitrated, or both in 19 states across the United States with the majority of the companies, and their employees, referenced in this Article. The Author has consistently found the EDR Systems to be an efficient, creative, and valuable tool in resolving employment disputes while being fair, cost effective, and successful.
